Please read these terms carefully before using the cktk platform. This document forms a binding agreement between you and cktk.

Account Registration & Management
2.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account on cktk. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, the additional accounts will be closed and the associated funds and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
All personal details provided at registration — including name, email address, and phone number — must be accurate and truthful. Providing incorrect or false information will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the cktk support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
cktk may request documents for identity verification at any time. This process is essential for platform security and user protection. Delays in verification or refusal to provide information may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

Age Restriction & Minor Protection

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on cktk is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can be made through major banks in Bangladesh such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others.
Only deposit funds using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using a third party's payment method may be rejected and your account may be suspended.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Your identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Transaction Integrity
cktk monitors all transactions. If any transaction is deemed suspicious or believed to be related to money laundering, it may be held for investigation. In such cases, cktk reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Note that the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
- If the balance reaches zero while playing with bonus funds, the bonus will be cancelled.
- cktk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Any attempt to abuse bonus terms or commit fraud will result in account closure.
5.4 VIP Program
cktk's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 0.8%, and Gold members receive up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their consistency and activity. The benefits and terms for each tier apply separately.
Responsible Gaming Policy
cktk believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within limits. We are mindful of the wellbeing and financial safety of our users.
- Never place bets beyond your means.
- If you feel that gaming is causing problems in your personal or family life, take a break.
- cktk provides the option to set deposit limits, loss limits, or time limits on your account.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cktk platform and will result in immediate action:

- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Colluding with other players to place bets dishonestly (collusion fraud).

- Engaging in any activity that damages cktk's reputation.
- Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.
In the event of any fraud or dishonest conduct, cktk reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances.
Intellectual Property
The cktk website, logo, design, software, content, and all other materials are the intellectual property of cktk. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reusing any part of these materials without prior written permission from cktk is strictly prohibited.
Game software displayed on the platform is the intellectual property of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and other providers. Any misuse of these games may form the basis of legal action by the respective provider.
Unauthorised use of cktk's trademarks, service marks, or logo is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability

11.2 Account Closure by the User
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed; however, this may not apply in cases of closure due to a violation of the terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions Changes & Legal Matters
12.1 Right to Make Changes
cktk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
